GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a reasonable time frame, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. This information is required to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options may be available. We reserve the right to change carriers at any time without prior notice.

PROCESSING TIME 

Processing time for all orders is a separate timing from shipping and delivery. Due to a number of factors processing may take as many as 3 days not including weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping to all continuous United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories. Flat-rate shipping to Canada and Mexico is $10.

Orders ship Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. So, depending on your orders processing time you can expected your order to be shipped within 2-3 days.

Please note that orders to US destinations may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We offer USPS Priority Mail and FedEx to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.  

** In-Transit Time - Does not include standard processing time of 2 business days. Business days do not include Sundays or US Holidays, and only include half days on Saturdays.

*** Free Shipping Promotion - Orders must equal to or more than the amount listed in the promotion pre-tax and post any discounts or other offers to qualify.

All sales are final, unless items are received damaged or the customer receives the wrong item. In the event, you receive the wrong item, or items are received damaged you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase via email at info@rossxskin.com to receive store credit in the form of a gift card or a replacement item of equal value.

Clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned. It items are received damaged, store credit in the form of a gift card will can be awarded.
